The Rockford Fosgate P300-8P is a compact, 8″ loaded and ported subwoofer enclosure with a built-in amplifier. This 8″ self powered subwoofer comes in a low profile enclosure that will fit behind the seat of single cab trucks, under the rear seat of exnteded cab trucks, or anywhere else you can fit the 5.6″ deep box. The woofer that comes with this enclosure has been specifically designed to work as a high-output, low impedance subwoofer, optimized for the 300-watt amp that is built in. The built in amp has a low bass crossover, bass EQ, and a phase switch. You can connect it with either speaker wire inputs or traditional RCA cables. The unit even features an intelligent auto turn on/off function that senses audio signal.
This compact, 8″ woofer will totally surprise you with its bass output. The ported enclosure provides the acoustics to make this little 8″ sound like a 12″.
