It was a pleasure to read your travel tips. I am from Nelamangala, I know Koratagere, Dobbspet, Kunigal roads very well. I like to visit myself Gorvanahalli, but I do visit Hebbur temple almost every trip from Chicago. I enjoy spending the entire day at the Hebbur Ashram. Next time, plan a trip to Kaidal Chennakeshava Temple and it is a treasure to see that architecture.
Anytime is good to visit Nicaragua. We usually go at the end? of May.
"Included" usually does not include licensing classes or equipments for activities such as diving, sailing, anything motorized, anything that involves lifting you off the ground by means of a parachute (I'm sure there's a word for that) or dragging you around in a speedboat. Otherwise everything is fair game. I will note that the prices for these activities, specially diving, are relatively attractive compared to what you may find in other countries.
How all-inclusive works: You check in, they give you a color coded wristband and you're good to go. Food quality and variety are reasonably good. Drinks are crapshoot: some hotels give you the crappy stuff for free and the top-shelf brands they charge; other hotels give you all available drinks at the bar for free. House wine is free, but if you're interested in a bottle, say, for dinner, you will most likely be charged.
Punta Cana is a beautiful place and very convenient for international travelers because of the airport; however I prefer to pitch the Bayahibe region, roughly halfway between Punta Cana and Santo Domingo. It is not as convenient to get to, since there's a drive inevitably involved, but it is as beautiful as Punta Cana and has more tourism opportunities outside of the all-inclusive resorts.
