Eligibility
1. The Autoworld Win-A-NAZA contest (“Contest”) is open to all who are Malaysian citizens aged eighteen (18) and above.
2. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:-
1. Employees of Autoworld.com.my Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members;
2. Employees of Nasim Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members;
3. Owner or employees of Autoworld.com.my clients, used car dealers or supplier.
Contest Entry Requirements:
3. You must be a registered member at Autoworld.com.my.
4. Your Autoworld account must be activated and must remain active during the Contest Period.
Contest Mechanics
5. To participate in the contest, you must fill in the contest form here to agree to participate in the Contest and to all the terms and condition of the Contest.
6. Points are awarded for the following actions:
1. For every friends invited and registered, 1 point
2. Post a car for sale *, 3 points
3. Post a bike for sale *, 3 points
4. Post parts, accessories or number plate for sale *, 2 points
5. Provide a testimony or success story to Autoworld on whether you successfully buy or sell something via Autoworld.com.my (details such as seller’s userid, car registration number (or Autoworld Listing ID) and buyer user ID must be provided.), 3 points
6. Bonus: Visit us at Autoworld booth in MCTF 2009 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Center (16 – 18 Jan 2009) and drop your name card or give us your name and email, 3 points.
* sale by individual account only, dealer’s or client’s accounts are not entitled to points.
7. All entries submitted in a particular week will be eligible to win the prizes offered for that particular week. Entries will not be carried forward to the next week or the following week for weekly winner selection. Highest weekly point will win the weekly prizes.
8. There shall be one weekly winner each starting from the contest launch date on Friday, 16 Jan 2009. One week is defined as Friday to the Thursday.
9. A total of 13 weekly winners will be selected.
10. Weekly winners’ will still stand a chance to win the grand prize. However, one contestant can only win one weekly prize.
11. Contestant with highest accumulated points throughout the contest period will win.
12. In the event of a tie, the organizer decision of the grand prize winner is final and any further query will not be entertained.
13. Only ONE grand prize winner will be selected for the entire contest period.
14. The names of all the prize winners will be notified via email as per registered in your Autoworld member account and at the contest microsite. Please check the contest microsite regularly to find out if you have win!

15. The grand prize winner will win one unit of Naza 206 1.4 A/T.
16. The weekly prizes are listed as below:

7. Week 7 – One Set NRG & Arospeed Parts & Accessories worth RM840
8. Week 8 – One Autoworld T-shirt
9. Week 9 – One Vehicle Protection Set worth RM999 (Air Deodorizer & Windows Rain Repellent)
10. Week 10 – One Autoworld T-shirt
11. Week 11 – One PPS Teflon Coating Car Paint Protection worth RM1000
12. Week 12 – One Autoworld T-shirt

16. The Grand Prize winner shall be bound by further terms and conditions as determined by Autoworld at its sole discretion.
17. All prizes must be claimed within 2 months from the date of publication of the winners’ name mentioned in Item 14 above. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other items or packages.
18. Autoworld reserves the right at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice, to substitute any of the prizes with other terms of similar or higher value.
19. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be accumulated with other vouchers, discount or prizes that may be offered by the respective sponsors.
20. Autoworld reserves the rights to choose the winner and Autoworld’s decision is final. No enquiries will be entertained.
21. All prizes given are on an “As it where is” basis. Autoworld or its sponsor shall not be held liable for any lost or damage to the prizes prior to, during and after delivery of the prizes. Prizes or for any matter regarding maintenance, warranty or any additional cost and/or fees shall be the responsibility of the winners and Autoworld should not be held liable.
Miscellaneous
23. By entering or participating in the Contest, each and every member hereby fully and unconditionally agrees and accepts all terms and conditions here in contained and agree that the decisions of Autoworld regarding the Contest and all matters relating to or in connection thereto are final and binding and no queries, appeals or correspondences will be entertained.
24. Non-compliance by the members, contestants and/or winners with any of the terms and conditions herein contained shall entitle Autoworld to disqualify any entry and/or revoke any prize awarded.
25. Autoworld reserves the right to shorten, extend or end the Contest Period at anytime prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without prior notice and reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or change any of the terms and conditions herein contained at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
26. Autoworld or its sponsors reserves the right to use the names, addresses, photographs, information and documents of the members, contestants and/or winners in advertisements, other form of publicity or future marketing purposes from time to time and participation of the contestants and/or winners in the Contest constitutes their consent to such use, without further payment or consideration or notice.
27. Autoworld shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or personal injury or loss of life by the members, contestants, winners and/or any party resulting from or arising out of or in connection with this Contest or the prizes given under this Contest.
28. These terms and conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertised under this Contest.
Contest Period
29. The Contest Period shall run from 16 Jan 2009 until 16 April 2009, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”)

30. The winner will bear all cost associated to winning the car, that includes but not limited to cost of road tax, insurance and registration of the car with JPJ, transportation and / or administrative charges, etc.
31. The actual model and color of the car may not be exactly the one shown in all advertising and promotion materials, that including but not limited to contest microsite at Autoworld, Flyers and contest form, buntings, and any other adverts.
