Driving whilst speaking on a mobile phone is a practise that many people still carry out despite the fact that it has recently been made illegal because of the risky nature of it. The law requires that anyone caught talking on a mobile phone will be penalized with three to six demerit points and subsequently leading to cancellation of his or her license. In case it is an emergency and you need to answer calls while driving owing to long distances or traffic jams to reach your destinations, it is advisable to set your mobile phone to a hands free mode and set it up before you start driving.
