Replacement Car Speaker Fitting
Replacement car speakers are a must if you’re an avid audiophile and are looking to set up a high quality sound system in your car. You may also just be looking to replace a blown out speaker or to get slightly better sound quality out of your current car sound system. The reason why you’re looking to change out your speakers doesn’t matter, but the set of speakers that you choose does matter. If you have never dealt with these things before then you might not be aware of how buying and installing new speakers works.
The first step to replacing your old speakers is finding out what size they are. Replacement car speakers come in several difference sizes, so you need to know the exact size of your current speakers. Remove your already installed speakers and measure the holes they were located in. it is imperative to know the measurements because each care make and model uses different hole sides for their speakers. Some can be 6 inches by 9 inches, while others might be 5 1/2 inches by 6 inches — so knowing before you even look is a good idea.
After your exciting measuring adventure, you are ready to begin your search for the perfect speakers. The quality of speaker you are looking for should factor in to where you are going to shop. If you are not picky and just want to get your old speakers inexpensively replaced, any department store will probably be able to help you. In general, you will not be able to find a huge variety at department stores, so you may have to visit more than one store to find speakers that fit. Try not to purchase the very cheapest you can find because they will blow out again. You don’t need to wonder if it will happen, you just need to wonder when it will happen.
If you are a sort of car stereo audiophile, then you are going to want to head to specialty car audio shops and maybe electronics stores. These days electronics stores carry a fairly large collection of not only speakers, but also amplifiers and subwoofers. You may be able to find everything you need at an electronics store. Car audio stores are exactly as the name implies, and they mean business. Chances are, the store in your area has replacement car speakers in sizes you have never seen, and at prices you would never want to have to pay. If you do not know where one of these shops is in your area, try asking a local mechanic.
You don’t need to settle for low quality sound in your car just because your factory speakers aren’t that great. Start searching for some replacement car speakers. You can easily install them on your own, and you can get them in qualities that are leagues above any factory-installed speakers. Getting new speakers is always great, but there is so much you can do on top of that. Next is the subwoofer, then the amplifier. Getting them all into your car will not only be satisfying, but you will be able to listen to your music in brand new ways.
Low quality or broken car speakers got you down? Purchase a quality pair of replacement car speakers and see what the difference is between those and your factory speakers.

The gap must be a quarter wavelength because in order for the beams to cancel, you must have a phase change of 1/2 wavelength. If the gap is a quarter wavelength then the second beam travels 1/4 down and 1/4 back up, making the total distance traveled 1/2 wavelength longer.
1/4 of 800 is 200nm, but then you need to take into account the wavelength being shortened by the refractive index. 200 / 1.9 = 105 nm
“Now, why should he be surprised, unless he had some preconceived idea — some might call it a prejudicial notion — that black concertgoers and black diners would necessarily be ill-behaved, poorly dressed and vulgar? What kind of person believes that sort of thing?”A neighboring city to me – Gulfport, MS has enacted a law against excessively loud car audio systems. Any guess what those systems were projecting? Any guess how many people each of those cars were broadcasting that image to?It was music, you know. The kind of thing that happens at … concerts? What kind of person can ignore that sort of thing?
